We’ve been a part of the cryptocurrency market for many years. During this time, we managed to create quite a lot of products and went from clear failures to excellent crowd pleasers. We were good at catching trend waves, despite three consecutive years of traps from the treacherous market.

The SIDUS project was launched at the end of 2021, and since then, we have experienced periods of painful decline and high volatility.

Hopes for a bright future quickly gave way to a 'firefighting' mode at the start of 2022, as the Play-to-Earn concept proved to be highly unviable in a declining market. Many of our fellow market participants — both large companies and startups — were forced to shut down. Disillusionment with GameFi models was growing.

Nevertheless, we continued working, putting in all our effort to strengthen our ecosystem, increase the token’s value, and support the community. However, under prolonged conditions of chaos and uncertainty, these tasks are becoming increasingly difficult. Maintaining faith in gaming products in such circumstances proves even more challenging.

Like many other projects, we found ourselves in a deadlock. The market dictates the terms, and breaking out of this vicious cycle becomes almost impossible.

New Focus — Sustainable Technologies Against Market Dependence

• Some projects have been put on hold until the next phase of growth. This is not a rejection, but a preservation of potential for better times.

• Tembazar successfully completed its MVP stage but will be postponed. We’ve set and tested valuable hypotheses and will return to the project when the right market window opens.

• Nidum Arena showed weak metrics at launch. We chose not to waste resources on a dead end. Hitting the brakes is not a sign of weakness, but rather a clear responsibility.

• Nidum Battler has been moved into maintenance mode. All accumulated assets — frog eggs, seeds, shuttles, modules — will be preserved and repurposed when the concept is updated. We respect everything that’s been created so far.

• Xenna remains an active focus. The team continues working on Xenna Station, with the main goal of integrating the Web2 audience and launching monetization in 2025.

We don’t spread our resources thin. We don’t play at “fake progress.” We are preparing the ground for a genuine leap forward.

This is normal for the current strategic phase.
