Sidus Announcement
SIDUS: No pause — only transformation
Dear friends and the SIDUS HEROES community,
Since 2021 we’ve been walking together down the path of building a unique modular economy — a system in which in‑game achievements and accumulated experience are converted into NFT cards. That journey has been full of discoveries, experiments, and the first practical steps toward the metaverse. We achieved a high level of quality in our work and decided to test our results on the market.
Our research showed that the market is not yet ready at the scale we had anticipated.
Key observations:
• Interest in play‑to‑earn (P2E) mechanics and Web3 gaming products is significantly lower than expected;
• Most players are satisfied with modern Web2 games and don’t see strong reasons to switch to Web3 for crypto assets;
• The market contains many prototypes and visionary projects, but so far few stable, mass-market game universes or clear leaders setting standards for the rest.
All that remains is to wait for big-budget companies to launch Web-3 projects built on massive Web2 audiences. It may be GTA VI (Grand Theft Auto VI, Rockstar) or other companies that have been preparing mass-market products for years. Some projects discussed in our communities that launched around the same time as us include Axie Infinity, The Sandbox, Illuvium, and Star Atlas. They demonstrate different approaches and potential, but to date none has created a mass, unequivocal example of players migrating to Web3.

Change in development direction
The market is moving on, and we need to move with it. We have decided to pause the team dedicated to game development. The projects will continue to operate. Existing activities and servers will function as usual.
We understand that, over time, market narratives may shift back toward metaverses and gaming — when that happens, our experience will form the basis for a new stage of development. We are preserving that legacy, and the company will continue to pursue more technology‑focused initiatives, leveraging the knowledge and practices gained in this project. It is important to be able to pause processes rather than waste time on unproductive work.
The team is currently seeking new investments that will make it possible to return to the metaverse in the future while taking into account the experience we have accumulated.
New directions
You may have noticed that the management team is focused on developing new directions.
For about a year now we have been applying our experience and that of our partners to the development of TON STATION. The project demonstrates strong player retention and effective collaboration with both TON blockchain users and external teams exploring the new market.
A new area of focus for us is artificial intelligence. AI has already penetrated many areas of life — from image generation to decoding complex medical analyses. Like many companies, we were working with neural networks long before the current trend. Accordingly, the team is developing SIDUSAI through collaboration with companies, developer communities, and real businesses. You may already see experiments and launches of several initiatives. Now is an excellent time to experiment and discover where efforts are most effective.
If you do not see the full picture of what is happening in the company right now, do not worry — that is normal. We can only report on completed results.
Transformation: From SIDUS HEROES to SIDUS
Business rule: if a business unit is not growing, it should be shut down and resources redirected to new experiments.
An analysis of first-wave “NFT projects” shows a uniform dynamic: market caps and token prices fall, and 98% disappear from radars within a year. By the hard metrics, our project falls into the “dead” category.
Examples:

This is not a failure - it’s a signal to correct mistakes and move forward. In our community chats we record extreme dissatisfaction with the team and founders. Over the past year, no activity received a positive response unless it led to direct material gain. That approach reduced the project’s value to a single factor — token growth. We received dozens of examples of “x” returns from other projects. The fact is, that growth is usually unrelated to product quality and is driven by marketing ahead of deals or by offloading capital through a stream of news.
We note this trend and are changing the company’s position: from a game/metaverse development studio to an industrial web3 hub that consolidates accumulated expertise and delivers it to the market. This is not a rebranding. This is a reallocation of resources in favor of the market.
Current initiatives:
• TON Station: 1 year of operation, 1.2M MAU, 42% retention, partnerships with over 12 studios.
• SIDUS AI: working with businesses — 3 pilots launched (generation, analytics, RWA).
• Experimental direction.
We connect, not build.
The transformation process will take time, during which a new core within the community will form — one that embraces change and helps create it. Faced with the options of closing the business and listing it in our portfolio or moving forward with it, we chose to move forward and keep searching. Not everything we launch succeeds on the first iteration — and that’s normal.
Token support
Exchanges that list thousands of tokens a day can decide to delist at any moment. Trading volumes do not appear on their own without the involvement of large capital — resources and market interest are required. We are continually working to strengthen the token, but the effect becomes visible only after sustained growth.
Some important observations:
• The decision to hold and trust the coins SIDUS/SENATE remains an individual choice for each user.
• Working with any crypto assets requires deep immersion in the web3 market. Today it is more difficult than before: there are new government regulations and the formation of crypto reserves.
• Around 440,000 tokens were launched in 2021; by the end of October 2025 that number exceeded 39 million. This is explained by the emergence of mempads, launchpads and other tools that lowered the barrier to entry for capital into crypto, while at the same time causing a strong dispersal of resources.
• Modern token launches are very different from those in the past - our market analysis has confirmed the strategy of continuing to work on SIDUS.
What will happen next:
• In the near future all locked tokens will come onto the market. This moves SIDUS into a new phase: token availability for the community will be high, and further price movement will largely depend on the strength of buying interest around the company’s future activities.
• The company has conducted buybacks since the day of listing in 2021; however, this did not sustain high price levels — the gains ultimately went to many market participants, but not to the project itself.
• If future initiatives are successful, we will continue the practice of buying tokens from the market to support liquidity and community interest.
We continue working to strengthen the project and ensure steady development of the ecosystem.
SIDUS and Our Community
We are proud that SIDUS HEROES has become one of the first Metaverse projects to put the metaverse philosophy into practice. Thanks to you - our community and fans ❤️ - real use cases of this philosophy have emerged in a short time.
We already see our experience becoming the foundation for new products from other companies, and it will continue to develop.
What’s next
We are deliberately scaling back public activity on social networks and participation in AMA sessions in order to concentrate internal resources on changes and new experiments. As part of this restructuring, some direct‑contact chats will be closed. All important information will be published through the company’s official channels; from time to time we will release articles with updates and progress reports.
We understand that this step may lead to the loss of part of our audience — we regret that, but it is a conscious choice made for the sake of long‑term results. When we achieve our goals, you will be able to return and celebrate with us, confident that the effort was not in vain.
Our message
We continue to work. The team needs deep focus — this is essential for the project’s future development. Follow our official channels — we are moving forward and will share key news as it becomes available.
