Race-based abilities

Each race has its own unique abilities that can be used in combat. Damage depends on Attack, and buff depends on Defense parameter

Acid spit

As attack:

When spitting at enemy, it deals some Damage

Minimum Damage - 35 Maximum Damage - 39

The lower HP percentage a Hero has, the higher damage the race-based ability causes.

As buff:

When spitting at ally, it restores their health

Lightning bolt

As attack:

When it hits an enemy, it deals Damage to them.

Minimum base Damage - 29 Maximum base Damage - 33

The more Energy Points a Hero has, the higher damage the race-based ability causes.

As buff:

When it hits an ally, it creates an energy shield around them that lasts up to 6 turns and can absorb a certain amount of Damage.

Minimum Buff (0 defense) - 40

Fire breath

As attack:

When it is directed at enemy, it deals Damage to them and also smaller AoE damage around target.

The higher HP percentage a Hero has, the more extra AoE damage (on the target’s allies) it causes.

Other skills

Bluffing

Bluffing is a Hero Ability that’s available to all races. When activated, Bluffing lasts 6 turns. If a Hero dies while under the effect of Bluffing, they are immediately resurrected. If a Hero does not die under the effect of Bluffing, at the end, his HP is restored to the same value it was at before the Ability was activated.

Passive skills

Each race has its own passive perks, which increase certain types of damage, give more resistance, etc.

Block

Block is a passive ability that gives a chance to reduce damage taken from enemy attacks. Defense points increase the Block chance and the percentage of damage blocked.

What damage is blocked?

  • Race-based abilities

  • Weapons

  • Effect

  • AOE (source regardless)

Exception: DoT

If the damage from the Railgun shot was blocked, then the DoT will be calculated from the reduced damage. DoT damage is not blocked.
