The Hedonism Tournament is a unique event on Nidum Station where players are provided with a set of heroes and items as they cannot use their own:
9 gladiators (3 of each race)
All weapons (3 of each type)
All gadgets, except influencer and active gadgets
All armor (3 of each type)
During the tournament, only tournament-specific characters (gladiators) and items can be used. Tournament heroes come with randomized skins and names, and they cannot be sold, traded, or used in regular lobbies. Upon entering the tournament lobby, you'll be asked to allocate skill points to your Voltrone, Ogya, and Raptorian, with six additional characters created automatically.
In the tournament, you'll engage in matches that consist of multiple battles against a single opponent. You have the flexibility to change your team composition between battles, so it's essential to prepare your gladiators accordingly. You can modify skill points and equip items for each gladiator within the tournament lobby, allowing you to adapt your strategy during matches.
Once your gladiators are ready, you can begin the matches. During the first five days, matches are played as Best of 3. You need to win 2 of 3 battles to be declared the match winner. Each player can participate in up to 25 matches during this stage.
On the final day of the tournament, matches become Best of 5. Each player can participate in up to 5 matches during this phase.
Matches can only be played during the following time slots:
17:30 - 19:00 UTC
02:30 - 04:00 UTC
Don't miss your chance to complete all your matches within these time slots. Victories in matches earn you points, and consecutive wins (up to 3 in a row) grant additional points. Winning also awards a new resource called Viresium.
Accumulate as many points as possible. Good luck!
Each match in the tournament will cost you 200 SIDUS tokens. These tokens are deducted from your account when you click the "FIGHT" button. If, for any reason, your match doesn't load, the payment is still accepted, and you won't be charged for the next attempt. Finding an opponent is random, and there's no power balance in tournament matches.
Once an opponent is found, you will join the first battle. If you want to do some adjustments after the first battle, you have around a minute to change your team composition. The process continues until one player emerges as the victor.
The tournament rewards the top 800 players, which include a share of the prize pool, resources, and trophies. The distribution of prizes by rank is as follows:
Best of luck in your battles! After the tournament concludes, log in to the game to view your final placement and rewards.
